Patrick Corfe qualified as a landscape architect in London in 1978. He trained and worked in London for 10 years before coming to New Zealand in 1983, where he is an Associate of the NZ institute of Landscape Architects. Patrick is known for his bold romantic style, his ability to integrate client needs with land management and regional character.

The main emphasis of Patrick's work is developing large country estates and lifestyle properties, seamlessly integrating farm and gardens with their settings. Patrick creates places that offer spaciousness and intimacy, exhibiting a generosity of spirit and unpretentious atmosphere. Simplicity is the key to his compositions.
